I've Just Learned the Beauty of Lightroom Presets

This particular shot was a piece of serendipity.  I had the camera down on the ground tilting up towards Cate.  I had no idea what was in the view finder.  Considering that, the framing is excellent.  Combined with the fact that I caught Cate just as she was releasing the rock, I think this is one heck of a shot.

The one gripe I have is that when I export a photo from Lightroom and then upload that photo to Flickr I seem to lose some saturation and vibrancy.  Has anyone else experienced this?

It looks like the JPEG is tagged with the Adobe RGB color space, but my understanding is that most browsers ignore that, so the colors come out differently.

From what I've read, the usual recommendation is to convert to sRGB before uploading, if the original uses a different color space.

Ya presets are great aren't they. As for the color thing I dealt with the same issue. It's actually the browsers fault, but it's very irritating.

The problem is the color space. When you export from lightroom there's an option in there to export as sRGB. If your in that color mode it will look right in the browser.

As for presets there's a free goodies section over at my seimeffects.com site where you can add a few to your collection... Gav
